Pepe is an Empowerment Life Coach, Creative Consultant  and Energy Worker with certificates in Theta Healing, Reiki, EFT and Personal Training.  She is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and desires through a mind, body & soul approach customized to each individual or group.  Lisa believes that balance and flow in all of these areas are necessary to create the life of your dreams.  She has experienced the workings of the above mentioned coaching and healing modalities in her own life and is eager to share them with you!  Let her show you how to empower yourself from within!
