This is a networking group designed to connect, empower and inspire women in all areas of their lives. Come to learn and grow or just to meet like minded local women and have some fun!
You will leave each meeting with an abundance of information and techniques that will enrich and improve your life as well as support you spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically!
Workshop Topics to include, but not be limited to:
~ Tapping into and working with your Energy Systems ~
~ Developing and applying Intuition in Decision Making ~
~ Finding your Passion and Purpose in your NOW ~
~ Health, Fitness and Nutrition for a Vibrant new You ~
~ Organization and Life Balancing Skills that really work ~
~ Simple Meditation and Energy Clearing Techniques ~
** We will also be taking an inspirational field trip every other month **
*** And please bring any business/hobby cards and materials to display on our tables ***
The Schedule & Format will be as follows:
6:45 - 7:00 - Sign-In, Meet & Greet
* There will be a 15 minute settling in time so we can be sure everyone who would like to attend has arrived *
7:00 - 7:15 - Energy Balancing Meditation
* This will help to clear any risidual negative energies from your day and will balance the energy of the room *
7:15 - 7:45 - Workshop on Topic of the Month
* Each month a different subject will be explored and taught and you will experience a positive energy shift *
7:45 - 7:55 - Break
* Energetically infused water wil be served and feel free to bring a light snack to share if you like *
7:55 - 8:15 - Guest Speaker (To Be Announced)
* Each speaker will be relating to the topic of the month through their own modality *
8:15 - 8:30 - Share & Field Trip Plan
* Tell us about your latest hobby, passion, craft or endeavor if you wish & join in the field trip planning excitement *
8:30 - 8:45 - Meeting Overflow & Optional Social Time
* At the end of the meeting we will have time to speak to each other on a more personal level *
* Workshop-Meetings will be on the 2nd Wednesday of each Month *
